All damaged shipments must be reported within three working days. No returns are accepted without a return authorization. There may be a restocking fee of 10%.
Let us know what is incorrect, and we will offer a replacement of the product or return the payment.
We stand behind our products and want to ensure you love all your skincare products. Therefore, Miracullum will gladly accept returns within ten days of receiving the order. Items damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you.

Full Refunded Payment will be granted for not opened and not used returned items or defective items.
Miracullum can grant a Partial Store Credit to opened or used returned items after inspection.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a refund will be applied to the same payment method.
Excluded from the refund are the original shipping and handling charges.
Miracullum is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
